After running Rings around us last year, Australia-via-London fuzz-fiends Splashh have confirmed that their new LP Waiting A Lifetime is out on 14th April! Huzzah!nnnnRecorded last summer in Brooklyn alongside Nicolas Vernhes (The War On Drugs, Deerhunter, Animal Collective), the songs on Waiting A Lifetime have been born from a period of self-imposed exile. The bands Toto Vivian explained in a statement: We had been sitting with the demos for 3 years, so we had an idea of what we thought the album should sound like. When we went into the studio with Nicolas, we started fresh and tore the songs apart. It was a lot of fun to experiment and take it as far as we could. It was liberating.nnnn
