Ok, going from watching the tides come in and out.
we progressed from that to hiding out in a cave fora bit.
It's been quite a ride reviving Millpond, but a lot of fun along the way.
The following might be a bit to digest, but trust me , it's worth the read.
Coming back out.here's a status on Millpond Records & Books.
1. move all stock to new location and try to get Millpond running again.
records are LIVE online and in store .
inventory has been verified and we are fulfilling 100% of all on-line orders again.
BOOKS > now being pulled out of storage. Well over 1500 books are online today, and we're putting about 5-600 MORE up daily...... be back in full swing asap.
2. Lockdown:
we offer curbside pickup with a simple phone call to arrange an appointment at convenient hours.
Convenient delivery to your door is available for a small fee.
Shipping worldwide available.

Special online incentives being offered to logged in customers.
VIP
Any logged in customer will automatically become a VIP member.
Vip members have access to our NEW ARRIVALS for the FIRST for twoweeks,then all new arrivals become public. (YES, YOU GET FIRST DIBS)
Vip items are always presented at a DISCOUNT to members.
(reorganization in progress... coming soon) Vip Pre-order priveleges allow you to order records from our preferred sources at significant discount. We share our discounted rates with you for lower costs.
As a VIP your checkout is much faster. All your info is filled in automaticallywhen you make a purchase. All you need to do is hit paypal or enteryour credit card infoAlmost one click, eh?
3.Store credits, still honoured.Any that were valid from Jan 1 of 2020 are still valid now. (regular yearly expiry has been changed to perpetual = no expiry in future)
4.Gift cards now added online.The recipient can use the gift card code and apply it directly ONLINE now when they purchase.Much easier and flexible.(you can also apply during store purchase if you like).Amounts of $20, $50, or $100 available
5. Website improvements:
Now all info is easily searchable,Author, Artist, Format, Music Genre, Book Category etc.
Wishlist added.Now you can make your wishlist for future reference. If you are logged in this is permanent and you can go back to it tomorrow or nextmonth, still there.
Improved search bar with instant results showing, including picts and direct link to add to cart
SOLD items now in a seperate category.If you see something you want, justhit the "email me" link and we'll keep track of these and let you know whenback in stock.This applies to USED albums and books too.
6.Added records.
Starting the process of adding NEW arrivals again.. Keep an eye out for new records and books daily. Stuff is going to move FAST from here on.
Added over 2000 LP's available from Ernie, in California, that you might like,available as PRE-Order with small deposit now.The list is updated everycouple of days so we can ensure we can getwhat you order.
7.All system on board and online again.
We are now taking trade-ins for store credit on Books and Records again.
A bit of a breakdown in Online record orders for us here.... looks like FAB and Warner have messed up the accounts, and we're WAITING on them go clear it up before proceeding with new record and custom orders. Sorry for the inconvenience.
